Privacy policy

Searches

We don't keep a history of who searched what. To make repeat lookups fast and affordable, we temporarily store the public results for a phone number (for example, FCC complaint totals). That stored data isn't linked to you.

Abuse protection

To stop automated abuse, we count requests from each connection for a short time. We store only a one-way scrambled version of your IP address for this, never the address itself.

Feedback

If you send feedback, we store your name, message and (only if you give it) your email, so we can read and reply. We don't sell or share it.

No people profiles

We don't build or publish profiles of private individuals, and we don't show names or addresses connected to phone numbers.

Cookies and ads

We don't currently use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add advertising in the future, this policy will be updated first.
